»Poorly designed head board, too low to sit upright and watch TV, way too warm in the room despite opening the windows which allowed us to listen to the lovely traffic noise. Too many additional money grab options...parking, breakfast,etc,...was mostly annoyed during my stay .«

We are a little sad that you did not inform us of these discrepancies either during your stay or on departure, when we asked you if everything was alright, which would have allowed us to react immediately. Unfortunately our village street has sometimes a bit of traffic at night, but we have no influence over that. The optional charges you disliked, which are common in most hotels (parking, breakfast), are visibly advertised on all online platforms, also on our own website. We are very sorry, that you did not enjoy your stay with us that much, but we are grateful for any suggestion for improvement. Team Thessoni
