In a team you decide what kind of drink you want to mix. The cocktail recipes noted during the event will be summarized in the company’s own recipe book at the end.
Kitchen Battle - Cooking with fantasy
The goal of Kitchen Battles is to prepare and present all the ingredients at hand as cleverly and deliciously as possible into a delicious menu, under time pressure of course. Since there is no set menu, you first have to discuss in the team how you want to use, prepare and present the ingredients. Brains, creativity and passion in dealing with food is required. At the end, the jury decides which group has cooked the best.

Ice Sculptor Workshop - Ice Carving
The participants are guided by professional ice sculptors in the technique of ice carving. Afterwards, the participants work in a team on a so-called ice blank or a block of ice and put what they have learned into practice. You will be supervised by a professional ice sculptor and a team of assistants. Afterwards the sculptures will be photographed and awarded by a vote of all participants.

Combine the culinary with the educational – at an accompanied dinner with etiquette expert Simone C. Styger. How well do you know the rules of the table? Depending on your previous knowledge, you tell the etiquette coach what your 3-course menu should be. Should it be easy, moderately difficult or extremely demanding to eat?

Experience a golf tournament as a team challenge or as an individual challenge between restaurant tables and staircases. Hotel golf, also called “hotel putting”, is a trend sport and comes, like so many crazy things, from the USA. In hotel golf, you try to play the small white ball into the even smaller hole between chair legs, cars or in the seminar room.
Barbecue chat at the cat lake
Just like back then, with the family, settle down in a beautiful place, have good conversations and the children play by the water. In good weather, the cat lake can be used for swimming fun. For this we prepare a barbecue package per group/person and provide drinks on the spot. The fire is up to you.
Thriller Dinner
Enjoy a mystery dinner with your employees, clients or friends. You can book a mystery dinner all year round. Choose from High German or English. We strongly involve your guests in the plot. Do you remember the movie “A Corpse for Dessert” with Alec Guinness and David Niven? In this 1976 comedy, the most famous detectives are invited to a remote castle. During dinner a murder happens and from then on they are all busy solving it.
