Winter Highlight: Fondue & Chinoise
As the temperatures drop outside, it becomes especially cosy inside. Enjoy a cheese fondue or fondue chinoise in an intimate and atmospheric setting – accompanied by flickering candlelight, great conversation and a fine glass of wine.
Whether romantic for two, with friends or as a team event – our Fondue Experience is available from 20 November 2025 to March 2026. For groups and private gatherings we recommend the Fondue à discrétion – a winter ritual of indulgence that brings people together.

Our kitchen team creates a wide variety of dishes to share – served in bowls, pots and platters, placed right on the table. Fresh, creative and full of flavour.

- Classic Tavolata – nose-to-tail dining with a Swiss touch. An honest, handcrafted experience featuring dishes from nose to tail, inspired by traditional recipes and seasonal ingredients. Perfect for genuine food lovers.
